Hello people.

Does anyone out there know, right off the bat, if i can make an automation process in Power Automate that does the following:

When a user presses the button in MS Teams "+New approval request"

Windows automatically types in a Unique number in the field "Name of request" that is

1 value higher than the previous Approval request created.

I.e. user A creates an Approval request. Windows automatically puts in "1" in the field "Name of request".

User A fills out the rest of the fields, clicks send, and now the reqiest is awaiting approval.

User B then creates an Approval request, and windows automatically puts in "2" in the field "Name of request".

So on and so forth..
