Hi team,

I wanted to reach out about a data migration project I'm working on. As you know, we currently have 5 TB of data stored in an Azure file share, and we need to migrate all of this information to SharePoint Online.

After reviewing our options, I believe leveraging Power Automate workflows is the most effective solution to get this done. Power Automate provides a robust, reliable way to automate the migration process and ensure all of our critical data makes it over to SharePoint intact.

The benefits of using Power Automate for this project are clear:

- Scalable solution capable of handling large data volumes

- Fully customizable workflows to fit our specific migration requirements

- Seamless integration between Azure and SharePoint Online

- Cost-effective compared to other enterprise migration tools

I'm confident that Power Automate is the right choice here, and I'm ready to get the migration underway. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns - I'm happy to discuss further and address any budget-related considerations.

Looking forward to making this transition as smooth as possible.

Best regards,

Prakash

I actually didn't know you have 5 TB of data stored in Azure file shares. :-) Cool! Power Automate is far from being the most effective solution for that. I would use ShareGate instead. You can learn more about ShareGate at ShareGate's migration tool - ShareGate.

However, other than letting everyone know you have this project, and you decided to use Power Automate to do it, did you have a specific question around Power Automate and a reason for your post?
