I'm having trouble opening a specific Excel file using Power Automate Desktop. The original Excel file is located on SharePoint, but I'm trying to open a locally saved copy from OneDrive for Business. When I create a flow and open the file, it opens with AutoSave turned off. Is there a way to open the file with AutoSave turned on?

May i know why you need to make sure Autosave is enabled in this case? As there are functioanlities in Power Automate desktop to save the excel workbook when processing In-between and at the end.
If you want to enable the autosave option - you have to built a UI Automation which checks Autosave toggle is on or off, if Off, make the ui automation to toggle it on.
