Issue updating Planner task from MS form

I am trying to run an automation that adds new form submissions into planner.  I used this tutorial to set it up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94vUL2X6Li8

I read this article which lead me to delete and replace the "Update Task Details" block. https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Using-Flows/Create-a-Planner-task-when-a-Microsoft-Forms-is-submitted/m-p/1372133

However, I am still having issues. A new planer task IS created when I submit a form, but the information/ form submission fields are not present. This is the error I am getting:

@Anonymous if you have the update task details action immediately after the create task action then add in a delay action between the two and set it to 10 seconds and see if that solves the problem. The reason is that the update task action runs so quickly that the create task has not had time to finish so the update taks action doesn't find the task.

Thanks.  I tried delaying to 10, 25, and even 60 seconds. Still the same error 😕

@Anonymous then there must be something else wrong in the flow. If you could post a screenshot we can take a look.
