I have a couple different flows performing unique tasks that have all been running for months up until about 2 weeks ago and now both are failing. When i look at the error log they both say the same

"Save Conflict.

Your changes conflict with those made concurrently by another user. If you want your changes to be applied, click Back in your Web browser, refresh the page, and resubmit your changes.

serviceRequestId: 8914271d-3872-45de-b3f4-0d52dee53ac6"

Has anyone ever seen this? How do you resolve it? There is only 3 people with access to the list the flow is being performed on, and now any tickets added to the list after the first time this happened will result in the flow failing?

    Hello @DarrylJP

This happens because the file is being modified by more than one user.

Do your flows connect to the same file?

My guess is that the flows are colliding with each other.
