Sql server connecting

i am getting this type of error what i have to write in display name how it will get connected. please help i am new in power app.

i am trying to connect SQL in power app by using window authentication. for the authentication i have used the user name and password my laptop but that also i was getting error please help to short out this.

    Hello,

    When you are connecting SQL with powerapps firstly you have to install on-premises getway successfully and have to create a getway after that when you tries to connect with powerapps make sure you are enter correct  information like servername, username(laptop user) and your laptop password after that select working getway in that way you can connect SQL with powerapps.Hope so this will be find appropriate for you.
