Trouble Building a Flow- Using Microsoft Forms from and to a shared mail box with the responses set into the body of an e-mail

Not an IT person but as a result of a process review charged with developing microsoft forms that can be sent and returned from shared e-mail boxes. Manage that bit and have successfully power automated the forms but must have dome something wrong although  my completed responses (stored in My forms) are right the info in the e-mail is not the same.

I have 4 quite complex forms  ( quite a lot of branching)  that we want to automate.

I have developed a test form with simple branching to practice but cannot get this right.

Below is my flow and the dynamic content of my basic form.  This link should take you to my form https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx?subpage=design&FormId=kYY1CY5NHEmqdgpcvVunNAjRDVxJZ6tFk2NpzgIg-YdUOTBOVkQzM0UxMjIwNVVPV0FZVjJCSTBHWS4u&Token=a4b57da99a074f8d95046e572624b2bc

What am I doing wrong?

First of all, this forum is for desktop flows, but your question is related to cloud flows. You should post it in here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/bd-p/BuildingFlows

Other than that, you should elaborate a bit on what it is exactly that is "not the same" in the email versus the form. Provide some examples, so we can help you better.
