Hello , i have a flow that is like this

what i want to do is , i want when to send the approval to the manager , i want to include a link to the form entered , now i know that you cant get the link to the response , but is there a way to go thru it without creating a sharepoint for it ? like getting variables or something ?

so i want the submitted data to be sent to the manager to approve or refuse

how can i do that please
