Need help with a simple flow

I am trying to set up a flow on Power Automate that fetches information from a Sharepoint List and sends an email out with attachments. The list has Four columns: First name, Email address, Country and Attachments (in excel).

I want the flow to fetch entries from respective list item and send the attachment for country to that email address.

Can someone lay out the steps I need to follow this?

Many thanks for the help!

    Hi @Quantum123

Try to lay out your steps better so you can read them and see gaps in details that you would need to provide, its so hard going back and forth pulling out details.

Literally write a structured step by step of what you want, not a paragraph.

A quick example is you do not explain how you plan to trigger this flow, or details about that, or where the IDs of the list you want us to read come from. All of these things are necessary to know and don't require PA experience, just imagine you are explaining it to someone building a custom workflow and have no idea what you are talking about 🙂

Plus you called it easy.. If you dont know how to do it, how can you call it easy 🙂

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Hi @Quantum123 ,

The attachment name of each item contains the country, right?

Do you want to send the item attachment to the email address of this item?

If so, I did a test for your reference.

    In my scenario:

Thank you so much for laying these out for me. This is exactly what I want to do and the list is also exactly as you have laid out with an exception that the title column is the country name in my case (even though I have renamed it to country, I only see title as an option since that is the first column I created in the list).

I tried the steps provided but I am definitely missing something since at the very last step, I don't see attachment contents as an option for me to choose under the attachment content section. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I appreciate you taking the time to help out here!

    Hi @Quantum123 ,

There is a problem with your loop nesting.

Please put the 'Send_an_email' control into the second 'Apply_to_each_2' loop.
