the idea is that i want to build a semi-collon separated string of the combobobx selected values.. but the variable "varselectedprintingemails" will always be null/blank.. any advice?

    @johnjohnPter ,

    Try putting it OnChange rather than OnSelect and you can also do this

    Set(
     varselectedprintingemails,
     Concat(
     Self.Selectedltems,
     Title,
     ";"
     )
    )

    @johnjohnPter ,

    OnSelect triggers as soon as the cursor enters the control (the control has been selected) - OnChange triggers when the data in the control has been changed.
