Within my organization I have a flow to create a ticket whenever an email is received by a shared box.
The initial step in the flow is "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)." The only adjustments I have made to that step is a trigger condition to ignore emails from automatic replies: @not(startsWith(triggerOutputs()?['body/subject'],'Automatic Reply:")). All other parameters are default for that step.
The issue I am experiencing is one particular sender is not triggering the flow. The email is from an @live.com domain. I mention this because this is the only user with an @live.com domain (we receive emails from external users). I have noticed that this particular user also sends without a subject line, but that is not unique to her. Other users send without a subject line and the flow works as intended.
Is there a reason why power automate would ignore @live.com domains? Or is there something else going on that I am missing?
When I export the results from the flow, it does not even appear as a failed flow. It is as if the flow is not even recognizing it in the first place.
Any help would be appreciated!
@Neal can you try creating a test flow with the same trigger and not trigger conditions just default settings, and send email from that live.com account and see if that flow triggers?
