Building PowerApps on MS SQL Tables

I am wanting to build a robust contact list and project management tool on PowerApps.  I have already built many PowerApps but only using Sharepoint.  

I am moving my data to using MS SQL.  Are there any good resources on the details of building PowerApps with relational SQL tables.
