Date changing to original value

Hello All,

I have a SharePoint list and it contains some mandatory date fields.

I have a reoccurring flow and because of the mandatory fields i am forced to update those fields in flow.

One of the date fields is changing back to the original value, even though the flow should just populate the current date value.

Has anyone experienced this?

Thank you for your time.

    Hi @egornua1 ,

You can use the rest api to not update all fields. You can either use the Send an HTTP request to SharePoint action or use the update item in a similar way as described in the following post:

@PieterVeenstra  - Thanks for responding Pieter.

I removed mandatory fields and then updated the "update item" result from the flow so they are required to be updated but the dates continue to revert for some items.

The two date fields are no longer in the flow but its clear they are getting triggered as the modified by is me for all items.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
