Hi All,

I have a sharepoint list(Orderstatus) where i get data from powerapps with columns Orderno,Operator,Start,Finish,Machine. i have seperate powerapp to capture this information.

Then i have in Excel(one drive) the list of Order no and their metres on each machine group is pre listed. example

for LP0001 cutting= 50 , edgeband = 41, and CNC = 5

So on new App i am trying to make is, is it possible to lookup orderno from excel onedrive and save in the sharepoint

whenever an an operator finish an order, example Janis work on cutting machine, he completed LP0001 order, it should show in the dataform Janis compteted on cutting 50 mts. when Janis complete LP0002, the data table should show 50+15 = 65(janis) and it goes on with cummulative the addition of machine metres(ex: Cutting=50,41,21...) and who completed that job(Operator=Janis) on a dynamic data table...

the other possibility, i am thinking of is there a way sharepoint can lookup for the similar orderno and get values from excel one drive and save the data in the sharepoint list. example in my case, i already have sharepoint list with Order no, and who and when and in what machine completed that order, is there some way to lookup the similar orderno and machine values from excel ondrive and save data in the existing sharepoint list??? can it be done by flow??

any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Anonymous

You should be able to do that as PowerApps can use connectors from different platforms like Excel and SharePoint and save the results to which ever one you prefer or to an entirely different one.  FYI, make sure there is an ID column in all Excel tables and not use calculated columns.  I suggest all columns in SharePoint be either single line of text or a number.  An ID column is automatically created in all SharePoint lists.
