Email Capture and Forwarding

Hi,
So I, at the request of my boss, have been looking into ways I can have outlook send an email and a system capture it.
A lot of what automate can do so far as I have seen has been any email that is recieved triggers the automation, or when an email is sent. I have seen a couple about pressing a button within an email body that can trigger flows also. However, these aren't quite what is required in our case.

What we need is a button in the ribbon of outlook that when pressed triggers the automation. This then takes the selected email and grabs bits of infomation from it, like the date it was recieved, the body of the email itself, stuff like that, and then forward it in a structured way to another email.
For example, if we get an email that says "Test Email - Ignore" in the body and a subject of "Test" When we have the email open we need to be able to click the button in the ribbon, which then either sends it to a second email in the following structure or bring up a popup that lets us fill in some extra details (just to save time later on).

Title: Test
Email: Test Email - Ignore
Date Recieved: Date

Could add more information if we could have popups to input information to it, but if not that is the structure it would need to work in.

As a side note I did also try it with a Macro and with my limited knowledge there, I was unable to get anywhere with that. As seen in the screenshot provided, you can see what I mean by a button so we want something like that where we can just click the button and it runs.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I think what you are looking for is an Outlook add in. You can achieve this for example with an embedded canvas app. Here is a good blog post series that you can follow to achieve this: https://www.nckr.de/posts/canvas-in-outlook-overview/

We did something similar in a project for ourselves. If you want I can show it to you.

Your request belongs to Outlook addin development, since the requirement is quite straghtforward.
you can dev it by yourself in a short time.

The closest I think to achieving what you want will be if you use the Outlook trigger, When an e-mail is flagged.
