I created a simple Flow with SharePoint list: when an item in the list is created "Flow" trigger an Office 365 approval mail that arrive to another people: is it possible to change the entire body of the mail?
I mean the entire body: for example, in the body there is a "Request for our input" and I'd like to cancel it; also, I don't know how to change the format of date in the body: I have italian locale settings but it seems that in the mail it has US locale.

Marco,

There's no way currently to change the body of the email. Currently the locale is english only - both of these are things we will address in a future release, I've filed a bug to track this.

Hello Emilio,

my workaround is a hidden field on sharepoint list where I format the date and time in italian and then pass this field to the body of the email.

I don't know if they resolved the issue.

Good Idea,
This solve the datetime problem.
How do you managed to edit the body?
I would like to remove the Title "Request For Input" and tranlate the footer.

Hello Emilio,

I have the same need but it's seems not editable at this time (I don't remember if there is another post that confirm this); however, I have not checked with the GA version, but I suppose that it is not already implemented.

Hope to have in the future these options.
