Flows Randomly mapping to different table in same worksheet

I have an approval flow that records the approvers' decision and their comment in a table in a worksheet. I noticed that the table that I am asking the flow to map to, changed...on its own. This happened about a week ago, and I reworked the flow to ensure the right table was mapped. Tested it extensively and all was well. But after checking overnight - it seems the mapping has again changed across all of the elements associated with the flow. Since the fields are different in the randomly chosen table, the responses are not being recorded. I am definitely not imagining this. What could be happening here?

    Hi @K_Samad ï¼Œ

I have not encountered this problem when I use flow, I suggest that you could create only one table in a worksheet to prevent this problem.

    Best regards,

    Alice

Thanks, I've considered that as well. If there is no other way it might have to be the way to go.
