I'm encountering a 404 error while using the "When a New Email Arrives" trigger in Power Automate. Here's the situation:
The email address I'm using in the To/CC field is a distribution list, not a shared mailbox.
I understand that distribution lists don't have their own inbox or message storage, and the emails are forwarded to the members of the group.
I have Send As permissions for the distribution list but I’m not a member of the mail group.
Additional Context:
Working Scenario: I previously set up a flow that works with the distribution list, but at that time, I was a member of the email group. Since I'm no longer a member, I can’t see the incoming emails, and the flow is now encountering a 404 error.
I need to understand how I can handle this situation where I have Send As permissions but am not a direct member of the distribution list. Is there a workaround for handling this in Power Automate, or is this limitation due to the nature of distribution lists?
