Hi
I notice there are empty space in the data that i scriptbut i am unable to use is blank or is empty operator
how do i write my Else If? The Text value might not necessary contain 2 empty spacing...

Have you tried with the replace text activity
replace empty space with null
Please follow this..
if the spaces are before or after the text then you can use Trim text also

Totally forgotten can use Trimmed.

May be your Vbscript Output contains some void Spaces,so just trim the spaces as shown in below image.
