I have the following situation. I have a cloud flow which is triggered by a change in a dataverse table. The flow is set up with a connection under my name. When I make the change in CRM, the triggers works. But when a different user changes that same field the trigger does not run. The flow uses a premium connector to the dataverse.
So I am wondering does the user need additional licences and how can I check if he does? I'm not seeing any errors on the flow.
Thank you so much! I had the trigger set to Business unit but indeed I intended the flow to run every time any user made a change. I still need to test, but I suspect this is it.
Hi @Anonymous,
In your Dataverse trigger. Can you check what the Scope is set to? I suspect it's set to User, which means it will only trigger for the owner of the flow. If you want it to trigger regardless of the user who modified the record, set the scope to Organization.
