Create item - List name is referencing old Site Address, won't update to new Site Address

Hi folks.

I've copied a flow from my account to someone else's and have also copied the SharePoint Online list that will be updated when the flow runs (taking answers from a MS Form and putting answers into SPO list)

I've updated the Site Address (to the new account) within my Create item, but for some reason it is still showing all the SPO List names from the old Site Address (under my account).

Clear as mud? Hopefully the screenshots help.

The first 2 screenshots show the SPO list on my SharePoint site under my account. You can see this matches the Site Address in Power Automate, and the List Name matches what you can see in SharePoint. All great and working.

The next 2 screenshots show the same thing, but under a different account and different SharePoint site. But for some reason the options to choose from on my List Name in Power Automate are referencing the wrong SharePoint site 😞

It should just be showing me 1 list name option (Shop Drawing SPO)

Anyone know why my List Name options are not pointing to the correct SharePoint site?

I've tried clearing all cache on my browser, that hasn't helped.

Thanks

Have you tried just selecting a list and save to see what happens?  You might also try adding the sharepoint site address by selecting the  "Enter Custom value"  and pasting the new address

    Hi

Yep when I select one of the lists that are showing, I get a "List not found" big error message.

When I enter the list name manually through the "Enter custom value" I'm not able to save as it throws up this error message:

Can't see anything wrong with that Date, it's exactly the same as my other site and flow which work just fine. I figured this error must be because of the List Name not being picked up correctly.

    Hi @LydonNZ

Could you try to change connection references of your actions?

    Hope that helps!

Also do the Enter custom value for the sharepoint URL

    HI @fchopo

Thanks for the suggestion! I removed the existing connections thinking I could easily re-add them, but I can't see anywhere to add them back. Perhaps I shouldn't have done what I did?

This is what I see now:

I can see my 3 connections to SharePoint/Forms/OneDrive for Business under Data--> Connections, but how do I get them added back to my Flow?

    Cheers

    Hi @Ventit

Sadly that didn't do anything 😞

I'm working away on removing and re-adding the connections to see if that helps

    Have got this working finally.

Couldn't find a solution other than deleting my "Create Item" section and recreating it. It picked up the correct SharePoint list, so all is well in the world.

Just hope it doesn't happen again, very strange and don't fancy having to delete and start again each time.

Thanks for the help folks. Appreciate your time
