Got the error due to Throttling Limits

We've got the following error during connection to MS Excel via Power Automate.
{"statusCode": 429,"message": "Rate limit is exceeded. Try again in 4 seconds."}

 

Then we found it's occurred due to the following limit.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/excelonlinebusiness/#limits

So I'd like to know how to resolve it. We'll try to separate the connector for each flow.
And any others?
Will the restrictions be relaxed by purchasing a paid license?

    Yes, the easiest solution may be creating different connections for each Excel action.

     

    Additionally if this is due to running many Excel Create Update or Delete actions (like 100+) in a loop, then you can set up the flow to use batch actions. It does take a little more set-up:

    I’ve never seen anything that mentioned different throttle limits for different licenses, only higher priority/speed. So I guess you might get higher priority among the throttled flows that way? But I wouldn’t take that as a great solution unless you’re running everything out of that one account & just want the extra insurance of a premium license on that account.
