Creating a Flow from outlook for dynamically assing task in planner

Hi everybody,
I' am a newbie in creating power platform flow. I' am looking for a way to assign task in planner from outlook mail. I'd like to select a mail and populate the user id by typing the user name from a list. Is there a way to do so?

    I did not understand what you meant by selecting a mail and populating the user id from the list - could you please be clear ?

    Thanks for your reply. I would like to create a Planner task directly from Outlook. I know there's a way to do so but i would like also to assign the task to users directly from mail. Is it possible to do so in a easy  way?
