Response ID not working

I've created a process that is triggered when someone completes a form an approval form is sent out to the assignee. The issue I'm facing is trying to access the results of the form through the approval menu. When clicked on the attachment, it directs me to a blank page. The function I am using for item link is "response id." Can someone please help me out with this?

Yes correct ever since the update of the 14th all the flow routines have stopped working. taking a simple form then processing it to power automate flow for approval cycle

Are you use the "Get Response Details" action after the "When a new response is submitted"?

Top two actions in your flow should look like this:

The latter action is what will give you all of your form's dynamic content.

Thank you for appreciating your reply.

Yes, I agree and am familiar with this process and you are correct "When a new response is submitted".

I think there is a major issue as all my flows were working correctly at the beginning of the week and now all have stopped.

To help target the issue once the " new responds is submitted " I would used to get notifications of new "Updates" fulfilled and thanks to flow executed notification on "Approvals" cycle submitted.

I have checked status of "my connection in use " also "manage connections" everything is green on approvals, forms, outlook, office 365 users and finally planner.

The symptoms are: we do get the "Updates" submitted but the flow isn't initiating.

To help trouble shoot I rebuilt a new "Update" Form (thus recreating a new "Form Id") tested and failed also I did a save as of the flow and then retested and failed.

I have at least 40+ "Updates" Forms with 35 Flows on power automate. I am baffled, please help.

Are you able to post a screenshot of your flow in edit mode so we can see the set-up of it?

Microsoft did push out a fix this week regarding approvals, where it was pushing multiple alerts on Teams, but I'm wondering if there is something specific that messed your flows up.

I see thank you for info about update and thank you for looking into this I really do appreciate .... yes for screen shots but note please field in condition is "Name" vs true value as anonymously not putting PII info in here. Also email field is removed for same reason. Final note, most users will use Forms but I use Teams "Updates" Forms It's more efficient for my inquiries.

Ahh this information helps, thank you. Mainly, it helps me realize that I did not know "Teams Updates" forms were even a thing, so, I need to look into that.

Also I support your removal of PII 🙂

I'll see if there is anything around Teams Updates forms causing issues ... because in my testing with the forms portion, that is all working as expected using basically the same process that you are.

Hello, thanks for helping me out. Here is my current flow. When I receive the approval notification and click the attachment, I get directed to a white screen with no results. How do I fix this?unnamed.jpegunnamed1.jpeg
