Show categorized email in Shared Inbox to Excel

Hi all,

We work on shared inbox in my office, there are 20 people working on it. We categorize emails to our names and move the email to Incoming folder once completed. I need a flow with which I can get the list of email with their respective categories to show up in Excel. For now, I have created a flow for it however I'm only getting the Sub, Received Time, Sender etc...I tried varies flows from ChatGPT but no luck, attached is the current flow I'm working on it, Set Variable 2 value is

Just to be clear, I'm looking for a flow for my shared Inbox. I'm currently using "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) trigger followed by "Get email (V2)". We received email in our Notification incoming folder, we Categorize the emails as per the Tasks and who's working on it. Once completed we change the tag to "Completed" & "Task" and move it to Incoming folder. I need a list of email moved to Incoming folder along with the tags. Example: Sub, Receive Time, Category 1, Category 2. Is it possible?

Yes. As far as I understood, you've already get what you want except for categories. I've shown you how to handle categories.
