Self-identified noob user here. I'm trying to create a flow where I download a SharePoint file (a file our team is using to track project items) and automatically upload it to my PowerBI display. Unfortunately, I'm getting stuck on the first task of automating the download of the Excel file from SharePoint.
I've tried using O365 PowerAutomate to no avail. So I switched to trying PowerAutomate Desktop, with which I am a bit more familiar. I've tried various iterations of "Download from web" to get it from our SharePoint site. No luck.
I've switched to trying to launching the document then using "Click link on webpage" and creating UI elements for File > Save As. However, it looks like MS does not want us to do this as no red boxes identifying CSS elements appear.
I'm getting a bit frustrated at what I thought would be a quick and simple morning automation project turning into a 1 day+ project.
Does anyone have advice on what I could be missing? Has anyone got similar flows to work? Again, I am a PowerAutomate noob, so I very well may be missing something obvious.
