Unable to extract Japanese text from a file

Hello,

I am uploading a file containing Japanese text as a SharePoint List attachment. When I try to extract certain content from the file, Japanese texts are not displayed correctly. Any solution for this? see below image.

Dose your file is a .csv? I test it in my side , it works good in my side:

base64ToString(outputs('Get_file_content_using_path')?['body']['$content'])
