MS Bookings When An Appointment is updated triggers emails to all customers

Hi, 

 

Is there any way to restrict emails going out when an appointment is updated? I have a flow that currently sends out the email to all customers who booked the system whenever someone new books the same service, as it's an update to the appointment. I would like the email to only go to the last customer using the system.
