Excel file not updating fast enough

Hi, everyone!

I have a Flow that creates VSTS tickets when trigger emails arrive. Right now, the system is connected to an Excel file that has information on multiple clients and it also keeps a record of previously created tickets per client in a day - to avoid duplication. The problem is that when multiple trigger emails come in, the Excel file needs to be updated with the VSTS ticket. The update takes some time, the newer version is uploaded on Box, which results in the creation of multiple unnecessary tickets in VSTS.

Can someone please help me avoid this duplication? Is there some way to keep a record in the run-time?

Thank you!
