Wrong message with binary code

Hi Community,

I have a flow in P. Automate that captures information through a P. Apps and generates an email with report-type information. The flow ends with an email with the captured data, where the email comes from the inbox of the person who completes the P. Apps.
The problem is that although the email that remains in the corporate email inbox is displayed correctly, on several occasions the person who receives the email (which is a personal email, not a corporate one) displays everything as if it were binary code (only letters and numbers).

Does anyone know what the problem could be?.

Hi ,

This may seems to be an issue with outlook, could you please check whether viewing in outlook web version can resolve the issue if the user is viewing in outlook desktop app ?

Hi,

In the web version of Outlook it appears without any problems. When the email is external to the company (eg: Gmail) the message appears like this.

Yes got it now- I have faced something simmilat before, at that it was html style issue which i have adjust to make it compatible to view both in gmail or outlook.
