Cant register an assembly - Plugin Registration Tool

Hi,
 
Trying to register a plugin, while I click on Register New Assembly, no window is showing up to choose DLL. Does anybody had the same issue before ?

    I was able to fix the issue. Reason for this issue was blocked DLLs. As we install the PRT, at time it can block the DLLs. All I had to do was to navigate to PRT folder>Tools> and select all dlls individuals, select properties and hit unblock check box.

    I had the same issue, so thank you for solving it for me.

    You can Unblock everything at once via PowerShell 
    Run this in your terminal, replacing the path with wherever you extracted the Plugin Registration Tool:

    Get-ChildItem -Path "C:\path\to\PluginRegistrationTool" -Recurse | Unblock-File
