how create html table (for email) from uploaded excel file in ms form

can someone pls help me with my cases, i want to create html table for emailing purpose. but the excel file is from the uploaded/submitted ms form. it's complicated to find the solution because not many people had same problem with me.

here is my current flow:

first of all, im sorry about my text, i's not my language

After action, get answer
detail:

ACTION RUN SCRIPT: You need go to One drive for business and found the folder of your form, this data type in third parameter and add
outputs('Redactar')[0]['name']
PARAMETER SCRIPT: You need in Excel, open script (i dont know it name in english) get data table as JSON, and save a copy, after, the script it show in the combo
