How can I find the index of a specific value in Excel

How can I find the index of a specific value in Excel? , in this case the value i need to find is the index of the cell containing  "Total" . but it may vary ie the "Total" will not be in the same cell , it will change based on the other values

    Use Find and replace cells in Excel worksheet -action to find the "Total" word. Then you get the column and row number to variables.



    So in the example it should return row index 10 and column index 1:
