New web files interface

I noticed that the new power pages have a different way of handling file upload for web files

The old one with notes and attachments

and the new one with a file upload input

Is there a way to migrate the old one to the new one? Some kind of settings or process that can be done to migrate it?

Sorry for the late reply, this was a good pointer on where to go.

I had migrated the power portal site to use enhanced data model, as per suggested in this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/admin/migrate-enhanced-data-model

By default, all new sites will be  created using the enhanced data model.

To create a site with the standard data model, disable the enhanced data model in the Power Platform admin center.

Note that existing websites created with the enhanced data model will continue to operate.

      • Recreate the Site (if necessary):
        • Unfortunately, it’s currently not feasible to revert an enhanced data model site to a standard data model site.
        • If you need to switch, you’ll need to recreate the site using the standard data model.

    Hi @gwct

The new power Pages is using the Enhanced data model. You can switch to a standard data model to get the old way of uploading the files. But keep in mind that you will miss all the new features if you decide to switch.

    Hope it helps.
