Power Automate with Power App trigger and Run only users

We have a Power Automate with a Power App trigger that needs to be opened up to our entire organization, over 7000 users.  Is anyone aware of any limitations, performance, other issues this could cause?  We're cautious and hesitant to launch our first Power App to an audience this large, unable to find anything that tells us otherwise.  We're covered on the licensing.

    Hi,

I will suggest rolling it out to a Pilot group first.
Create an Office Security Group and add your pilot users to it and add the group to Run only users.

We found during testing we do not need to add a security group to Run only users, instead we added the SharePoint list.  This was with a small test group and we plan to expand that group, and yes pilot to a small group within the next few weeks.
    Thanks!

That is great! You might already know that adding the SharePoint list will grant access to all those who have edit access on the list.

Thank you for the information, to clarify - are you saying that by adding the SharePoint list to the flow, it will grant access to the flow to all of those that have edit access on the list?  Like in the Shared with Me section of the flow?
The permissions we have on the list currently to allow the user to read items is a custom SharePoint permission called Limited Read, it contains everything Read does with browse options removed.
