Hi Everyone,

Have you met similar situation below?

I create a plan inside Microsoft Planner. then i create flow to create a task when my email is flagged.

in the flow there is a step to select correspsonding plan at a first step to create a task.

but I can't find the flow I just created. Only old one.

I'd like to make sure if it's the right behaviour. Especially does it require maybe one day or two to synchronize?

thank you

Ted

    Hi teddyever,

    Thanks for feedback.

I have four Plans under Planner, however, there are only two Plans can be selected from the drop down menu.

Not sure if this is a sync issue. I will confirm it form my side and back to you after I got any response.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

I have the same issue with Forms. New forms don't show, old and duplicate entries do. Not sure where its seeing the deleted forms, they were deleted a long time ago.

As a workaround, you can select "Enter Custom Value" under Plan ID. Then, you can open the plan in tasks.office.com, copy the "planID" from the URL, and paste it in that section.

    Enter custom valueEnter custom value

I've had a similar issue with Forms, where the form I wanted wouldn't show in the drop down options in Microsoft Flow. Copying the Form ID and pasting it as a custom value worked. The reason why I didn't see the form I wanted in the Flow drop down was most likely because the form was owned by a community and the Flow was being created by an individual.
