Hello

I don't succeed to copy a sharepoint List with a new name.

For instance Here I want to copy a new list when a new Project is created. I get the PROJECT CODE of the new project then I try to copy with a new name from LIST/ListProjetTest2 to LIST/[CODE PROJET].  But of course power automate says it does not fin the repository at destination. How can i do that? Thanks.

    Hi!

According to this article, you should not add the filename to the path assigned to 'Dossier du destination' -sorry for my FRench-.

    Hope this helps

    Hi efialttes

I try as you said but I'm afraid the result is the same =>

In fact for a list I need to create a directory with the name of the list. And the error says that this Directory does not exist (it's normal I try to create it)..

    😞

    Hi again!

I believe you can create a SP list by means of 'Send an HTTP request to Sharepoint'

    https://michalguzowski.pl/create-sharepoint-list-using-flow/

I also believe you can copy all items from one SP list to another with a similar coumn structure -done it thousands of times-, but I haven't seen any topic describing how to clone a SP list by means of Power Automate Flows.

    Hope this helps

    Hello

Yes but what about a TASK list? not a simple list.

    @Patgat

Sorry for the misunderstanding. So, are you trying to copy one item from Sharepoint Tasks list to another Sharepoint Tasks List?

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/power-apps-power-automate/create-a-flow-based-on-a-new-sharepoint-tasks-list/td-p/161049

    Thanx!

As I mentioned before 'I also believe you can copy all items from one SP list to another with a similar coumn structure -done it thousands of times-, but I haven't seen any topic describing how to clone a SP list by means of Power Automate Flows.'

This also applies to 'SP Tasks lists' since they are a very particular typ of SP lists. I'm afraid haven't seen any topic describing how to clone a SP task list by means of Power Automate Flows.

    Sorry for the bad news

"This also applies to 'SP Tasks lists' since they are a very particular typ of SP lists"

=> can you explain how can it be done (even without power automate)?

    Thanks.
