Can power automate send follow-up emails once an event has occurred in Outlook calendar? We would like to gather feedback from partners after 'Consultation' meetings occur by sending them an email with a link for a feedback form. These meetings would be in our outlook calendars as 'Consultation with Mr Jones' / Consultation with St David's High School./.... Can Power Automate send these emails automatically once the Consultation event in my calendar has occurred. ( The email would only need to be sent for events with the word 'Consultation' in the subject)
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance!

Hi, There is no direct way to run a trigger when the meeting ends but you can use: When an upcoming event is starting soon. So then pass the time you will spend in the meeting + 5 mins and add a condition to send an email just to the corresponsing Subject. Please follow the image to get a better idea.

Set up your flow like this:
    • Once you have the flow set up and working, you can replace the trigger with a recurrence trigger to schedule the flow to run daily.
    • Use the following filter query in the Get events action to return the calendar items for the prior day: start/dateTime ge '@{formatDateTime(addDays(startOfDay(utcNow()), -1), 'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ')}' and start/dateTime lt '@{formatDateTime(startOfDay(utcNow()), 'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ')}'
    • You would then filter the items returned from the Get events action where the subject contains Consultation.
    • And finally, replace the compose action with a send e-mail action.
