Power apps form not showing fields

Hi All,

I've been facing some issues with a Customized Form built in Power Apps, when I try to edit an item within my SharePoint List, the form keeps blank so is not possible to see any field within the form. (Attached Image for reference).

Currently the List has 3,625 items, I know that SharePoint can store more amount of items, so this should not be the problem, also we have another form with similar features and it's working fine.

So far we've been using this form since March without having this issue, it would be great if somebody could provide me some guidance on what could be causing this performance.

Thanks!

    Hi @Ingesparza93 ,

Have you tried to re-publish the form? Another thing is to try to re-create it.

    Hi @Ingesparza93 ,

What is the Item of the form? I also assume it is working fine in View mode.

As an update of this topic I disabled the use of OnStart Property, saved the form and republished it back to SharePoint.

Currently I'm able to see the fields and the form is working fine, however I would like to add 2 points:

    1) I thought disabling OnStart Property was fixing the issue, but I decided to restore the previous version to confirm this hypothesis, and it results that the form was working fine as well, even with the previous version that supposed to have the issue.

    2) When this issue was still active last friday, very few users were able to see the fields and change some items, so why is performing like that?, Is it something related to the maximum times somebody can use the form per day?, I would like to understand the root cause since it can happen once again in the future, does anyone have face similar issue?

Thanks @PTBBSolutions , I just did that and right now is working, but why is performing like that? , I mean I don't feel confortable without understanding the root cause of the issue ...

Hi @WarrenBelz , When issue was still active it was not possible to see fields neither in Edit Mode nor View Mode.

    Hi @Ingesparza93 ,

If it is working new without any changes then that is good in one way (it is working) but probably bad in another if you want to know the cause as this can only ever be determined by comparing it with different code. I will add however that the behaviour is not something normal or expected and hence asked the Items of the form, which is what determines what is displayed on it.

Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.

    Hi @Ingesparza93 ,

I had such behaviour in SP forms as well - I guess it has something to do with constant updates which Microsoft are delivering to the power platform - some times it needs a restart. I know that this is not exactly what you are looking for as an answer, but maybe you can raise a support ticket to microsoft for further assistance.
