Good afternoon community,
Would be possible to have the option to upload an attachment to an approval flow response?
To allow the approver to select the answer, add comments, and, attach files.

Are you proposing this thing to be added???
Or if you were just asking if its possible or not, then unfortunately its not possible, you can only approve or reject it and give a comment.
You can submit, search for and vote for ideas for consideration at ideas.powerautomate.com, if an idea gets enough votes, it will be passed to the MS development for consideration
