Markdown Table Column Headers not aligning

In the test environment the column names are aligned but when I put it in production its off:
Why is the Employee Name not in the first position/ what am I doing incorrectly?
 
 
Test environment shows everything is fine:
 
Production Environment: You see the columns are misaligned.

    Hi,
     
    I don't think I can explain why test and prod or different but in the example you provided in prod, it looks like you have an extra space here which will serve as the 1st blank column heading you are struggling with.  Please try and remove this space.  Save and retest.
