Open/Close Microsoft Form at certain time of the day with Power Automate

Hi,

  I have a form that I need be opened from 12.00AM till 12.00PM same day.  After 12.00PM it must be closed for new submissions and reopened the next day at 12.00AM.  This is to be done recurrently every day.
  I haven't found any info on how to change a Forms property

Thanks in advance for any hint or help on how to automate it.
