Deleting an abandoned app

How do you delete an app that does not belong to you? The case is a non-operational app was created by an individual no longer with the company we want to know how to delete it. Is there an administration portal for PowerApps that provides this capability? If so what are steps necessary to accomplish this?

Hi Sspeake,

You cannot delete an app unless you are the owner. So it is not possible to delete an app that shared by other user.

Appears to be an overlooked capability needed witin an administration portal.
