73I'm spectacularly failing to copy comments from the comments of each sharepoint list item into a separate Comments column. Sounds simple....

The problem: It's adding comments to all the list items. I've added a comment "test" to some (not all) list items but its adding "test" to ALL list items. Please....help.
UPDATE: It's actually adding all the comments into a list item:
