The excel table doesn't collect data from Instagram comments

Hello I created a flow to collect the comments on my instagram posts. I made an excel sheet that has a table with 5 columns named : link, caption, comment, username, full_name. When I post a new photo on instagram, the flow runs and the excel file changes but all the columns remain empty except one column named "_powerAppsID_" that is automatically created and filled by Microsoft flow.  I added screenshots to my flows below.  I don’t know what I'm doing, any help is appreciated. Hi @ aroe48,

Could you please share the full screenshots of the run history of the “get comments for media” action and “insert row” action?

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

Please check if you have created another flow to delete the row in a schedule time.

    My flow's configuration as below:

When I load a new media, the flow would run successfully as below:

     6.png

The rows would be inserted to the google sheet as below:

I have tried out the steps below and it works well, the only issue is that the flow only scrapes 1st day of comments on a post.  Is there a way to to scrape comments continusously from the same post?  Sometimes followers may comment a 1-2 days latter.

    Thanks Fariha

    Hi @fsheikh,

You could update the "Delay" action on the flow, and set the Delay action to delay two days before run the "Get comments from media" action.

    Best regards,

    Alice

I did apply the recommendations, but not all of the comments were addded to the spreadsheet. I ran a giveaway and recieved over 1000 comments and the spreadsheet only shows 151 comments.

Is there a maximum amount of comments that will be loaded to the spreadsheet?
