Hi all,
I looked through the Power Platform licensing guide, especially on Power Automate, and I have a query about Per User Plan and Per Flow Plan. Thanks for your help in advance.
Per User Plan - Allow single user to create unlimited flows, if other people need to activate the flow, they will need to have the same license.
Per Flow Plan - For wider audience without individual license, min 5 flows to be purchased.
So does that mean, if the nature of my flows are not meant to trigger by different users, but more like just back-end processing, e.g. scheduled flow to move data from 1 location to another location, do some data processing. It seems like I can just buy 1 per user plan? With this single license I can create unlimited automated scheduled flows with no string attached?
Seems to me per flow plan is only feasible if I have very big number of users who need to trigger the flow (such as instant flow), and I do not want to buy individual license for all of them. But for scheduled flow type, I don't really need to have Per Flow Plan right?
