Hi All,
One of our Power Portal site (private) crashed suddenly with an error as Website Id is not valid. Site Restart did not fix the issue. We are in the middle of development and did not perform any delete activity. We have no idea why it crashed suddenly out of blue. Support is currently looking into it but no helpful response yet. In the meantime, we would like to create new site.
We already have the crashed website content downloaded by using following pac command.
pac paportal download --path "C:\portals" --webSiteId f88b70cc-580b-4f1a-87c3-41debefeb902
How can we use this website content to spin-up new portal website without re-doing everything from scratch?
Appreciate your support!
Hi @PhanindraB
It is possible to create a website using your existing one. But with the old approach. I answered this a while ago.
Use the old-school approach and restore your site and then edit with power pages.
Try my below article also:

Hope it helps.

Thank You @Lucas001 for your inputs on this.
Hi @PhanindraB,
unfortunately it's not easily possible as you will still have to make adjustments you already did in the Portal Management App. What you can try to do use get the new page as well with the pac command change the files in your folder by copy pasting the one you downloaded from your crashed page and have a look at the result.
Maybe that at least saves some time. Otherwise I would reset the environment to an early point where everything worked or wait for the support to fix it.
