Custom Form Dropdown Not Updating SharePoint List

I have a SharePoint List with the form customized using PowerApps. On the PowerApps form is a 'Site Name' dropdown with choices fed from a parent list.  The form works great, however, this particular dropdown field does not display the selected value in the SharePoint List once submitted. Any assistance?

    Look at the update property of the card containing the dropdown and make sure it references the dropdown control's selected value.
