Do I need to declare a Power Automate cloud flow as an external service in a PCF code component

Hello,

 

My PCF code component calls a Power Automate instant cloud flow.

 

Do I need to register Power Automate as an external service i.e., add an entry to external-service-usage in ControlManifest.Input.xml?
