Need suggestions for collaborating with external users

Hello Everyone,

 

I am working on a requirement wherein we need to collaborate with external users. 

In my case, external users will provide information which needs to be processed further and stored for later use. External users would be around 100 or more and they are not having any kind of office 365 license assigned to them.

Is there any other option available for developing a system for this requirement apart from MS-Forms & PowerPages?

    Hi @Ali7752 ,

    I use these forms - they should do the job for you and are able to be sent back to your data source with Power Automate (as well as having the ability to accept opening parameters for pre-population).
